A Little Behind...

Apparently it's the new trend to put up Kendall's "month" pictures one month late. Below is Kendall's 6 month picture. She actually turns 7 months old tomorrow, so I hope to be much quicker in getting that one up! My little K bug is SO much fun right now.

I have started back to grad school this semester, so my nights are filled with reading and case studies, instead of blogging and uploading pictures! But I hope to be a little more regular on the blog. I want to always be able to look back and see the fun things she was doing and all of her milestones!

We have also been taking a lot of great videos since getting a new video camera for Christmas. But the videos are too big for the blog, so we're hoping to have a Vimeo page soon to share those on. For now, enjoy the pictures!

Happy 6 Months!

Kendall is really loving carrots, squash, green beans, bananas, apples, pears, and more!
The only food she hasn't loved so far are sweet potatoes.

She is rolling over SO much these days.
This snail is one of her favorite toys to play with!

Learning to sit up on her own.
She also loves this musical toy that was a Christmas gift.

This girl LOVES her daddy.

As much as she smiles and laughs,
she has her fair share of serious looks!

Happy 3rd Birthday K-Bug!

Kendall had her third birthday party at the splash pad. The rec center has a great room for rent where we held the actual party. Since she's in love with Doc McStuffins, we did the whole party around that theme. She had a good time and looked pretty adorable too!

Halloween 2014

Kendall went back and forth this year on whether she wanted to be her favorite TV character, Doc McStuffins, or a construction worker. The verdict was a construction worker until about two days before the Fall Parade at Weekday. She was such a cute little doctor! We also got to dress her up and go to our new neighborhood to Trick or Treat with friends. We closed on the new house on October 30, so even though we hadn't moved in, we were able to hang out with new neighbors!

Baby Girl!

We are 5 weeks away from the due date of our 2nd baby girl. I haven't been as good at documenting this pregnancy along the way. Some of that is owed to the fact that it's the 2nd, and some of it is owed to the fact that I just don't keep up with the blog anymore. But I know I'll want to look back on this time and have some documentation, so here goes nothing! This pregnancy has been a harder one than Kendall's. Or either I just forgot most of the hard stuff from the first time around. I was definitely much sicker this time, from 6 weeks until 15 weeks. I was nauseous all day every day, and threw up most days. No medicines would help at all. I was grateful to reach the point where I started to feel better. I wasn't sure that it was actually going to come! We are nervous and excited to meet this sweet baby. Right now, I can't even imagine having enough room in my heart to love another child the way I love Kendall. So I'm really excited to see how the L...
