Cool Dude!


I'm behind on blogging, but quite frankly, I only had a two week break between summer and fall semesters, so after finishing up my paper for my summer class, I just enjoyed the break! We watched a lot of the Olympics while they were on, which was really fun. It worked out nice that they coincided with my school break.

This picture is Kendall with my sunglasses on. Any time she is just done with being in the car (which happens approximately 2.5 minutes after getting in the car!) I pass my sunglasses back to her. It's entertainment for a nice long time! She LOVES putting them on her face, normally upside down, backwards, or crooked. But for this picture, I put them on her the right way, and she stayed SO still so they wouldn't fall off. The whole time we were telling her what a "Cool Dude!" she was and she just smiled so big. Love. That. Girl!

Happy 3rd Birthday K-Bug!

Kendall had her third birthday party at the splash pad. The rec center has a great room for rent where we held the actual party. Since she's in love with Doc McStuffins, we did the whole party around that theme. She had a good time and looked pretty adorable too!

Halloween 2014

Kendall went back and forth this year on whether she wanted to be her favorite TV character, Doc McStuffins, or a construction worker. The verdict was a construction worker until about two days before the Fall Parade at Weekday. She was such a cute little doctor! We also got to dress her up and go to our new neighborhood to Trick or Treat with friends. We closed on the new house on October 30, so even though we hadn't moved in, we were able to hang out with new neighbors!

Stone Mountain

Today was Kendall's first trip to Stone Mountain. We rode the tram to the top, ate lunch, rode the train around the mountain, and enjoyed the sights. Such a fun day with Grammy and Pops!   The sign of a good day!
